  • When will I receive my order?
    We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Our standard estimated shipping times are as follows: United States: 6-12 business days (Hawaii and Alaska: 10-20 business days) Canada: 7-12 business days While we make every effort to deliver your package on time, please note that delays may occur due to factors such as invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, and local carrier delays. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, and we appreciate your patience. For the most accurate updates on your package's location, please use the tracking link provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. You can also look up your order information on your PETPAW account and track your order here If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, email us at petpaw8888@gmail.com and we will happily provide this for you
  • I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

  • How do I make a return or exchange?
    We hope you and your furry friend love your purchase! If the items don’t fit perfectly, no worries - we've streamlined the return process for your convenience! Raincoat: With the requirement that the product is free of obvious stains, odors, and damages. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. BreezeBliss Vest: With the requirement that the product is free of pet hair, stains, etc. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. Pawsome Pajama: With the requirement that the product is free of pet hair, etc. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. Belly Protector: With the requirement that the product is undamaged, free of pet hair, and clean. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. AquaDry Pet Bathrobe: With the requirement that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. Exchange Exchange is complimentary for your first order! We aim to ensure the correct sizing for your initial purchase and prevent sizing issues in the future. Please email petpaw8888@gmail.com within 30 days of the initial delivery date to initiate an exchange. All returned items must be in new condition and will be subject to inspection. For additional exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned items, we will dispatch your exchange items. *Complimentary exchange is applicable only to apparel and walk items (same style, different size). You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For US customers, a shipping label can be provided at a flat rate of $7 USD, which covers return shipping and handling. All returned items must be in new condition and will be subject to inspection. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will process your refund or issue store credit, deducting the original shipping cost.
  • How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
    You have 7 days from date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund
  • How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
    Exchanges and returns are processed 2 to 3 business days after we have received your returned item. For exchanges: Once we’ve confirmed that the item has been returned to our facilities, process your exchange item. We will keep constant communication with you via email. For refunds: We will let you know once your return item has been received and then issue a refund to your original from of payment. If you opted to receive a shipping label to return your items, a flat rate return shipping and handling fee of $7 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Can I return a "Final Sale" item?
    Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check sizing.
  • Do you refund the delivery charge?
    Exchanges are complimentary on your first order! We will provide a shipping label for you to return the items. Unfortunately, customers are responsible for the shipping fees for returns if the items are being returned for reasons other than quality issues. For US customers, you have the option to arrange your own return shipping. Alternatively, we can provide a shipping label for a flat rate of $7 USD, which will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping and handling fee. Non-US customers must arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in the US, and this cost will not be refunded.
