We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Our standard estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 6-12 business days (Hawaii and Alaska: 10-20 business days)
Canada: 7-12 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7-Day Returns and Exchanges
Finding the right size for your dog can be tricky, which is why we offer free exchanges on all dog raincoats for your first purchase!
We are happy to assist you with exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that the product is brand new, with original tags and packaging, and free from odors and dog hair. To initiate a return, simply email us at petpaw8888@gmail.com with your order number, and our customer service team will assist you. We aim to respond to your request within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
